In 1992, weihai HuaYue construction development corporation was registered by Madam Caping Zhang in weihai, Shandong province.

In 1998, first brand community in weihai city ---- Yinghua Community was designed and developed.

In 2002, the company was approved by the Ministry of Commerce, and obtained the right  for import of the crude oil.

In 2004, the company was approved by the Ministry of Commerce , and obtained the right to operate import of the refined oil product.

In 2005, being the trading partnership with SINOPEC

In 2008,  overseas purchased Siv Guek Investment Co., Ltd in Cambodia and develop economic concession forest land

In 2009, setting up Huayue group was approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

In 2012, the total business amount of the Group has been over RMB 10 billion

In 2016, the total business amount of the Group has been over RMB 20 billion;

In 2017, the total business amount of the Group has been over RMB 30 billion;
